_the Challenge
... was Fred Sirieix.
Joking, he's a lovely volcano of positive energy and quirky humour! The challenge (for the main unit team) was to shoot immense amount of scripts for a one day, and (for me) to fit in sneaky BTS b-roll, internal and external socials shots and pieces to camera. 
Extra challenge I've put on myself: to make BTS visually close to the actual ad. There's only one main unit shot in the GIFs used on this page - can you guess which one? (no, it's not the product hero shot)
_the Solution
Competence, good prep, flexibility on set - but most importantly, building good rapport with people early on, through kindness and respect. In the end, pressure to perform takes you only so far - true good work happens when you can trust yourself and others, let go and have some fun doing it. Do I sound like a cheap life-coach? Be true with me.

_the Results
The deliverables looks gorgeous. Fred had a fun time. The crew had a fun time. The agency had a fun time. Stakeholder loved it, especially as we've overdelivered. The BTS making rounds around socials, internals and case studies. And we've got personalised wishes for LU team as extra surprise. What's not to love?
